A fun layout and in Ok conditions for the winter. I am looking forward to playing it again in the summer.

Used to play this course frequently about 10 years ago, and loved it. Went back 2 years ago, and was heart-broken about the condition of the course. Read some reviews that made it sound like course was getting back up to what it was years ago, so decided to give it a shot. Paid $28.00 for a before noon tee time. For winter conditions the course is in decent shape, and a fair value. Some of the fairways and greens still have bare spots, and the tee boxes were much better than the last time I played. Tees were moved forward to allow normal whites and blues to recover, so course played shorter than usual, but with the cold weather, it about evened out. This is a fun layout, and a course that you can score well on in good conditions. Greens looked shaggy, but rolled much faster than they looked, but did not break accordingly. Bunkers were not raked, nor were there racks for some of them, so sand play was inconsistent.
If they can put a little TLC into this course to get the bare spots taken care of, it will be a fun course again.
I would give it another year or two before playing in the regular season, but for winter conditions, the price and the course are fair.

Although the course is relatively short, it does have some difficult holes on it. Conditions are as to be expected in November. Most greens have some bare spots that do not seem to interfere with putting. Traps are very good. Fairways have some bare spots and some wet spots, but overall are in good shape. They should be excellent by springtime. Excellent snack bar. Staff personnel are also excellent.

Have not played here in quite a few years. Not real long but a fun layout. Some teeboxes were kinda bare. Couple of the fairways on the back nine were shaky.
The traps were in good shape except for some fairway bunkers on one hole on the back where they had piles of sand with crabgrass growing in it. The greens were in good shape but slow (needed mowed). Paid 27.50 (senior appreciation day). Decent deal

Pretty much the same as my 12/3/11 review. Staff friendly and got us right out. Played in 3.5 hours. Course a little wet from overnight rain, but still in decent shape--still repairing the bunkers.

Fairways were green for this time of year, although they had some crabgrass growing. The tee boxes were in good shape, but hadn't been cut (which is understandable this time of year). And, the greens were in great shape for December--green and a little slow, but no dirt or bad spots (except for one green on the back 9 where a portion was under repair and covered). The bunkers were being repaired--preparing the bunkers for new, white sand. Some of the bunkers had new sand and they were great to play out of; the others were more like "ground under repair" and rocky and hard. The staff is very friendly and got us out early--we finished in under 4 hours and only $30/person on a Saturday morning. Not in premier shape, but in pretty good shape for this time of year.

Course is in good overall condition except many of the bunkers were being redone with new sand (they will be nice when they are completed) and fairways have some thin grass areas that have been recently reseeded. Staff and facility are excellent. Good lunch menu at resonable prices. Winter rates of $23 for seniors is great.

Overall the course for 50 bucks wasn't "bad" just lots could be improved. The rough is basically weeds, and the hole layouts are very unnatural. You could leave your driver in the car if you wanted to. Tee boxes were very poorly maintained and lots of crabgrass in the fairways. Nice people, good service and fast pace are pluses. Not many courses keep a good pace that are public, but better 50 dollar value courses out there.

This is by far the worst course i have played on. The "fairways" have crabgrass growing on them and some of them are completly covered by it. I have never seen anything like it. The tee boxes are dirt or crabgrass and needed to be cut down. I had read the other reviews and thought maybe they were exaggerating, they are not. It is a shame because they have a nice club house and the people were very friendly.

crabgrass in the fairways and all over the tee boxes, if there was any grass at all. some of the greens are not bad however, others are horrible. at best the fairways can be described as equal to a cow pasture and at times it is very difficult to distinguish where the burned out rough ends and the fairways begin. bring your climbing shoes when playing from the blue tees because the boxes are elevated and there are no steps, etc. and when the grass is wet it can be slippery. overall $50 is way too much to pay to play this course. the new carts are nice.

Greens and traps are is excellent condition particularly after all the rain the last couple of days. Fairways have a couple of bare spots, primarily where the fairway meets the rough on several holes. Course is short but tight with a lot of undulation in the greens. Greens were medium fast even though they held a lot of moisture from the rain.

Greens were in good shape but traps had standing water or were hardpan. Fairways had a lot of crabgrass and a couple of fairways showed some erosion. Tees were good. Staff was friendly and helpful. Course is an interesting play but a bit tight on some holes. Enjoyable round of golf.

not bad for a green fee. The golf course is in great shape, good scenery, challenging. But make sure you bring snacks with you. Last time I went there- the food service was not good. All they had was hot dogs...
