| Nice course, but I never play well here. Greens are good, bunkers have good playable sand, and the rough and fairways are good except near the ends of the cart paths. Snack bar/grill is excellent and reasonabley priced. |

| $25 Senior rate with a cart can't be beat. This course is in way better shape than I have ever seen it. The greens are fast and perfect. |

| Course is in good shape except for the greenside sand traps. Sand is drained but very compact. All other playing spects are great. Staff is friendly and helpful and snack bar has a good selection of sandwiches. |

| This is my "home" course and I have played it at least 50 times in the last 10 years. I have almost never seen it in better condition. The fairways were pure and the rough was plush. The green were rolling very pure. |

| Considering the amount of rain overnight and through the early morning, the course was in great shape. Fairways and rough were dry and well kept, and the only sign that there was any rain were the slow greens. Course backs up through the first 3 holes, but beyond that plays pretty quickly especially on the back. A bonus is the guy grilling at the turn on weekends. |

| It has rained the previous two days, and was still misting as we teed off, so the course was wet. Still, greens seemed to be in good shape. The rough and fairway were in okay shape, but the rough was cut so short that it was almost indistinguishable from the fairway until you actually were standing on it. |

| They had just aerated the greens so it was tough. Other than that the course is coming in nicely. I think this is going to be a good spring for Needwood. |

| Needwood is a typical municipal course. It has a few hills and valleys, but mostly wide open fairways. It's a pretty good course to walk. The staff are friendly and helpful. The course was in reasonably good condition even with the recent hot and dry weather. There is an executive 9 hole course as well, for those short on time or want to practice on some shorter length holes. |
