Haven't played this course in 10-12 years. Met a friend (course located halfway between us) for an afternoon tee time. Course was very green. Tee boxes and fairways a tad long, but certainly playable. The rough was thick and long, so stay out of it. Bunkers were exceptional--nice, fluffy sand. The greens were in great shape and extremely fast--a lot of pin placements a couple strides off the edges, and the quickness ran the ball off the green. The course is short (6162 from the tips), but no pushover. Lots of sloped fairways to catch the ball and take it to one side or the other...and often to the rough. Only have one complaint--5.5 hours on a Saturday afternoon is unacceptable. There was no reason (or excuse) for the slow play and for the lack of marshalls. When you pay $59 for an afternoon (non-twilight), you expect to get the full 18 in. We only had 10 minutes of daylight to spare.
