Ok like I've said before this is my go to course but I can be impartial so here goes. The course conditions were pretty good, there were some bare spots starting to pop through on some greens but nothing to bad and the holes were cut away from them so they didn't even come into play. The tees were a little high but again nothing unplayable. The fairways in some spots were starting to get a bit brown but the lack of rain lately and high temps don't help. My knock here isn't really the course but the $55 to play the weekend. Seems a bit high but hey I guess they have to make a profit. One nice thing about this course is the staff, Bruce is a great guy and the starters are very personable and funny. They don't seem to be sending people off split tees anymore so that's a plus, go ahead and play here you'll have a good round and hey they also have skydivers that are visible from the air strip nearby. Ciao

Greens are being aerated this week, thus the $25 rate Once aeration is complete and sanding has settled in, greens look like they will be in good shape. Bunkers are a little inconstant, some have great sand while others have hard packed sand. Fairways are good, but a little thin in places. Excellent staff and snack bar.

Paid $28 with coupon off of their website. Course is in good condition. Traps good,
tees & fairways ok. The greens did not have that many ballmarks & they were pretty quick & rolled nicely. My only complaint would be that some holes have some bare spots between the cart path & the traps. Good snack bar with decent prices

Just because this is my go to course doesn't mean i can't be objective. I play here at least twice per week and I've noticed some good and bad. First the good: the course is in very good shape, the staff is very cordial, and I've actually noticed Rangers! Now the bad: I'm putting this here but keep in mind this has nothing to do with the course but with the people who play there. FIX YOUR BALL MARKS ON THE GREENS! I don't think i saw one green that didn't have lots of extra ball marks. So, while your buddies are lining up their putts reach down and fix a few. The only other nerve wracking thing is at some point during the day they start sending people off of Number 10. So when i play the front 9 and get to 10, there is a line of people waiting to go. I may have cruised through the front side in under 2 hours but the back 9 takes forever! If you are going to do this have a Ranger there to let the players who finished the front go ahead of those just teeing off.
Other then that, like i said, i play this course twice per week and it's never been in bad shape. We walk and enjoy ourselves and the view, hopefully so will you. CIAO

Course is in excellent shape for late in the season. Bunker sand is a little firm but tees, fairways, rough, and greens are great. Course has been a little difficult to get on because of numerous tournaments and outings. Snack bar has a large selection of items. Wetlands has always been one of my favorite local courses.

Started on the front 9 at about 7:15. Completed the front about 9:05. When we came to the 10th tee--there were three groups on the tee starting their first nine on the back. In addition, there were groups completing 18 and then moving to the first tee--they started a tournament on the 14th hole. When we talked to the people in the pro shop they were rude and did not care about our concern. They stated that we should expect a 4.5 hour round. I know it would have taken at least 5.5 hours to complete. They had no one on the 10th tee to direct who should tee off next. The foursome that went off before our group was 20 minutes, and we could still not hit our drives. I guess if you start at 10:00 you should expect a long round, but not when you tee off at 7:15. What really bothered me was that they did not tell us how they were managing the course, on this day, when we made the tee time, or when we checked in. Then they stated that this was normal. That it happens all over the country. I will never go back to this course--I too have played all over the country, and this has not happened to me before.

The new superintendent is really doing a great job. The Wetlands is in near perfect condition, the fairways, tee boxes and greens were excellent. For $35 on Friday after noon you can't beat it for this quality of a course. If you have never played the Wetlands before no two holes are the same, the layout is really challenging with a ton of strategically placed bunkers and trees. It makes you think about every shot. Can't wait to go back!

All I can really say about this course is Ehhhh. Nothing terrible, but nothing great either. $52 weekend rate is average, 6 hour 15min round is unacceptable. T-times were spaced out every 6 minutes, and it seemed like every hacker on the planet decided to play this course over the weekend. Tee boxes, fairways, and greens were decent. Greens were extremely slow, rough needs a Lawn Doctor treatment; there were weeds everywhere. Staff was very friendly, rangers were visible throughout the round, and I saw the beverage cart girl, who was very good looking, about 5 times throughout the 6hr. plus round. I would play here again but only during the week. Next time I drive up that way I'd probably spend the extra $50 and play Bulle Rock.

The course was in good shape for very early in the season. The fairways were in good shape greens had just been sanded, tee boxes had just been punched so some temp tee boxes. Course should come in nice when the weather gets nicer.

Clubhouse staff were nice as always. Two greens (13 &15) had burnt spots but the pins were placed away from these spots. Greens were a little slower than in past rounds. Fairways & rough were in were in great shape. Course is in great shape.

Staff was cordial and friendly and snack bar was great. Fairways and rough were in great shape. Many greens had large burnt out areas on them even though pins were generally positioned to avoid them. This is still an interesting course to play particularly if they can get the grens back.

We played The Wetlands and it was WET!
After many days of rain and even some more rain while we were playing this course is in good shape. Many fairways were very soggy and some bunkers had standing water. Greens are filling in nicely and still very fast. It was cartpath only and we played the round in 4 hours.
Club house staff were nice and frendly as always. A few days of Sun will only make a good course better.

The course was in overall good shape. The greens are starting to grow in nicely. The greens are still fast. The rough is thick and lush. Fairways are in great shape. We played as a threesome and were done in 4 1/4 hours. The Club house staff were very nice. A good day at a nice course.

First time to The Wetlands this season. Walked on as a single and within 10 minutes I was playing golf. Tee boxes were good. Fairways were very good. The greens were almost unputtable quick. The greens would not hold a shot for anything. Hopefuly we're paying the price now for better greens this summer.
The Wetlands did a lot of brush clearing over the winter and it helped. A very nice day. I will go back!

I've been playing this course for years now and I can tell you it's in GREAT SHAPE! The tee boxes are grass filled, the fairways are an 8.5 out of 10 and the greens are fast and smooth.
They have really put some money into the course and it shows. My only knock on this place is the employees. Most, not all, are not the most pleasant people. Sal is outstanding and Bruce will take care of anything you need, if everyone else shared the same enthusiasm this place would be my favorite in the area. Play with confidence. Ciao

Nice easy course to play and even walk. Back nine is a little repetitive similar to Geneva's back nine. All in all not a bad course but the price is too high for the quality given.
