Course was in terrible shape. Fairways were spotty, lots of chewed up tee boxes (a few crabgrass has taken over), sand traps were horrible...no sand in them at all and if they had sand they were hardpack. Green did roll fast and were in good shape, but a couple had some real dead/dirt spots. It has been a great course in years past, so not sure why the condition are they way they are. (played green/gold).

This course was great b/c it is not far from Baltimore, and is a pretty hard course. This course has the second highest slope rating in MD. The rough is wicked b/c all the rain and the par 5's are 500 plus on some holes. They have 36 holes so when the season kicks in give this place a try.

This course is fairly tight, and requires you keep the ball in the short stuff. The difficulty starts right of the bat as #1 is a dog leg left with a barn down the left side. Hit too close to the barn and you might be playing sideways or very short. #3 is a 195 yard par 3 with a 180 yard forced carry. Water comes into play on 14 holes.

Course was in good condition for the fall. Greens had been aerated about a week ago but they are almost back in $30 senior rate on Mondays and Wednesdays is a good deal.

After having played this course in late spring and being disenchanted with the condition, we questioned the staff before making the tee time regarding the condition of the golf course, and in particular the sand traps. We were told that the coruse was in great shape and that most of the traps had been fixed and filled with sand. Much to our chargrin, we fond the course to be in poor shape. Patch fairways, with scattered weeds in both the fairways and throughout the tee boxes. The only sand evident at this facility were the piles of old sand on the parking lot. The traps throughout the White and Green course were nothing more than raked rocks and dirt. What was most disturbing, was after the round and I spoke to the owner regarding the condition, he was rude and indicated he could not care if I ever brought back our 16 member golf club. Candidly, this is a course that is permanently removed from our courses to play. It is a shame because we used to play this course about 10 times per year.

I have not clue what the last person who reviewed this course is talking about. I played the same day with a foursome we got finished in 4 1/2 hours and we only caught on group one time and never saw anyone behind us. I thought the course was in very good shape. The fairways were very green and the greens were ok, keep in mind they were just done a few weeks ago (like most courses right now). Ok so there was not a drink cart and the water foutains were not working but you could have stopped at the turn or bring something before you start. The course played very fair and I would go play it again anytime.

I love this course. It has varied terrain, challenging conditions and since there are 27 holes, it moves along well

Great course conditions all around. I played the white and gold courses which were very challenging and fun. The Par 3's were tough due to water in front of almost every green. My only complaint would be the bunkers, they resembled mud piles, the guy responsible for the bunkers must of slept in today.

Playing this course on the weekends can make a serious dent in your pocket. For 60 bucks, I wish I was given a little bit more than just a round of golf. However, the course was in beautiful condition. This course features 27holes, with three separate 9-hole courses. I especially enjoyed playing on the gold course. It's always easy to make a t-time since they have the ability to send you off on three separate courses at a time.
