| The course is in phenomenal shape. Some damp spots on the select fairways, but blame that on all the rain the previous day. Tight fairways and lots of water make you really keep your drives under control, but the course is pretty forgiving regardless. One of the most impressive things was the staff --- cart girl passed by at least 3 times, and everyone (from Bag Attendant to Pro Shop to Starter) was extremely courteous and excited for you to play the course. Definitely one of the most enjoyable rounds of the golf season and I can't wait to get back! |

| When I called to make my tee time I was told the greens had been aerified the previous week but were in great shape. I had heard from many that Bear Trap was in phenomenal condition and the greens were rolling quick and true. I assumed this was prior to the aerification process but could not have been more impressed. The greens were absolutely perfect less than a week after this process. The fairways and tees were perfect as well and we could not have been more pleased. The course was fairly busy that afternoon but our 4-some was able to play 18 holes in just under 4 hours. I commented to the starter how quickly we were able to get around and he responded that this was usually the case at Bear Trap and even busy weekends average under 4 hours and 15 minutes. The pristine conditions, best pace of play in this area and friendly staff have me considering a membership as I plan to play here often. Great facility! |

| Great layout here! Very player friendly but still a good challenge. Fun to play. Course conditions were great; very neat & clean. Staff was very helpful; cold beer & good food at the snack bar and restaurant. Nice golf shop with lots of choices. Will be back soon. |

| First round of the summer and the experience could not have been better. I had low expectations with the greens because they had recently been aerated, but they were in strong shape. Bear Trap is also offering a great 3-play special with some other local courses which I plan to take full advantage of. Can't wait to get back here soon; it's going to be a great summer! |

| Not very challenging, bleak and barren for a very high greens fee. Would not play again. |
