| Rough is cut so high, you could lose your ball three feet off of the fairway. Over seeded the course so the grass is actually higher then the ball in some spots on the fairway. Many, many blind shots and very poorly marked. Also, no hole diagrams on the card. If you've never been there, you have no idea where to go.
Look, I get that you want to be considered a "tough" course, but keeping the rough over three inches high makes for extremely slow play. It's a public course, not the US Open. One of the biggest drags on speed of play is having to spend three minutes looking for a ball that is no more than 10 feet off the fairway. |

| After all of this rain, I really expected that the fairways at Forest Greens would have been in great shape. It seems that they have reverted to their normal average condition, and I'm now convinced that they will never be any good. The greens were good, and the rough was penal(cut two inches so all wayward tee shots could not be found without a long search). Gas and golf index from Arlington was $35. |

| After a very long wait, we have never seen the bermuda fairways at Forest Greens in better shape. The greens could have used some tender loving care from golfers repairing divot marks, but were otherwise in good condition. There must have been a tournament the weekend just past as the pin positions were different and difficult. Gas and golf index from Arlington was 36 dollars. This is a good and reasonably priced course. |

| This is a great track that in the past has been diminished by the fairways that never seem to "come in." Well, this time the fairways, which I think are Bermuda, are much better, and the greens were excellent as always. |

| My friends and I planned to take the day off for a round of golf. It was HOT. Did I say HOT? I mean really HOT, HOT, HOT. The heatwave this summer has been brutal. But to our surprise... this course is GREEN, and in such great shape; we will recommend it to everyone. Throughout our round, we encountered staff constantly watering the fairways and the greens. What a pleasure it was to play. If only it were 20 degrees cooler. |
