| Played Ruggles yestreday. the course is in great condition. This course is very long with a nice layout but very playable for a weekend hacker like me. New tee boxes thruout course were in great condition but changes the way you play most holes. Slow group in front of us made the round a little long but not unbearable. Fairways were about average but playable. Greens in great condition. The staff was great and the cart girl was very nice and prompt. Overall great course. Much better than last time I played it about a year ago. Great value at $39.00 rate for Government employee. Really enjoyed the course and look forward to playing it again. |

| Course is in excellent condition in spite of the recent shortage of rain in the area. Tees, fairways, and greens are perfect. Sand traps need to be loosened up a little and the rough has a concrete texture in a few isolated locations. Snack bar is excellent. Course does seem to get a lot of play and can be difficult to get on. |

| Greens and fairways in excellent shape. Tees are all hardpacked and three of them were temporary tees. Price reduced to account for the temporary tees. Snack bar is one of the better ones in the area. |

| I played Ruggles for the first time this year. The course was in much better shape than last year when I played it. Much work has gone in to bring it back from the dog track it was. The greens were in fantasic shap. Slow but true. Fairways were green and nice. The bad, was the tee boxes were all chewed up. It took us 25 min. to get 4 hot dogs at the turn. I'll play it again next year. |

| This public course, 7111 yards from the tips Rating 74.1/Slope 132) is located on Aberdeen Proving Grounds and is truly public. Just stop by the visitors gate and get a vistors pass. It is a flat wide open course with many strategically placed trees lining most fairways. It is in excellent conditions including fairways, rough, greens, traps and tees. Great for long hitters but can bite you if you can't recover from shots that have strayed under trees. |
