Wow, Rock Manor is in excellent shape...greens fairways tee box's etc., everything is spot on....The greens are seriously fast ....i mean really like a 15 on the stimpmeter......quick , you will be barely touching the ball to move it 8 -10 ft.....they are no exaggerating fast. If I had a complaint it would be that the pin placement is just really unfair .....I mean i dont mind fast greens but really the greens keeper is seriously twisted. EVERY cup is on the slope whether it be up, down, side....if you roll your ball past cup 2-3 inches its likely going another 5-6 feet. Come on guys , 90 % of the golfers playing there are amateurs ...lets make the pin placements a little better ...its almost not fun ....you get to green in 2 or 3 then 3/4 putt because of placement. Other then that Rock Manor is in EXCELLENT shape!!!

Course is in good shape as always. Pace of play tends to get bogged down quickly. many days they start you off on 10 to try to get moving. play here frequently

Took advantage of the first day of spring to play Rock Manor. Surprisingly carts were allowed in the fairway on 10 of 18 holes. Besides the 5 par 3's 3 other holes were off limits to carts and they had a temporary green on 14.
Place was packed but rangers did a good job of keeping the pace moving without being annyoing or rude about it. Considering the winter weather in DE, the course was in great shape. Tees and Greens were in great shape. More than normal under repair areas in the fairways. Was a great day
