Course is in great shape although the fairways are a little thin. Greens and traps are excellent. Good snack bar and excellent staff. Course is a little costly and tee time rate doesn't kick in until 1:00.

The golf course in Breton Bay is right in the middle up an "upper-middle class" housing development. This means two things: 1) the course is nice because they charge the community high fees to live there 2) there are a lot of ignorant people that cross your path. I don't know what it is about rich guys, but they all think that the can play golf! Anyways, as stated, the course was pretty nice. Breton Bay offers a challenge to any skill range with sloping, tight fairways and pinpoint accuracy greens. I don't think that the course is worth the $55 dollar greens/cart fee at the moment, but everything(greens, fairways) are filling in real nice from the winter months.

First time at this course. Nice layout without too much trouble. Back nine has a couple of challenging holes but mostly wide open. Couse is long (over 7000 yds from the tips. Fairways, greens, and rough in good shape. The greens are still recovering from aeration however. Excellent sand. Staff is friendly and helpful. Good snack bar, but a little costly.

Never played Breton Bay and drove almost 2 hrs to try it today. Not a bad layout--pretty wide open and not much trouble. Good course to "get the winter rust" off the swing. Greens were a little lumpy, but in good shape. The bunkers had nice sand. Fairways had dormant grass and a few wet spots, but understandable after Friday's downpour. Staff was friendly and helpful. If you're looking for a challenge, this is not the course. But if you need wide open fairways to get ready for the season, might be worth the drive (especially since it was only $33 w/cart on a Saturday morning).
