The Cobb Course at The Resort at Glade Springs is a traditional championship style golf course. Host of the 2006 NCAA D-II National Championship, 2006 U.S. Open Qualifier, 2008 D-II Super Regional, 2007 WV Open, and many more events is a excellent George Cobb designed golf course. Challenging but fair; requires some shot making ability, putting is the key on these HUGE greens. The Cobb Course boasts some of the largest greens on the east coast, the condition of the greens are basically perfect all year round. The greens often roll a 12-13 in mid-summer, but are consistently above a 10. These are the best greens you will ever play in the mid-atlantic region. Truly a wonderful golf course.
