I only play Blue Ridge maybe once or twice a year, but I love every minute of it. First off, it is the only place that I have ever played that actually has large screen GPS in each golf cart; they are extremely accurate too! Playing at Blue Ridge is breath taking; the course offers 27 holes and I believe they may be working on another 9 to make it a 36 hole course. Over the years, I have played all 27 holes and every single one of them is a challenge to say the least. Yet still, if you are a beginner golfer, you can still enjoy this beautiful course. It is still cold up in the mountains of PA, so we weren't able to get an early tee time this past weekend--frost on the greens obviously. Honestly, when it's cold, I don't like an early tee time anyways. The course was as beautiful as ever, the greens were great--very fast and tricky. The fairways offered great bounce and roll if I was lucky enough to hit them. I would love to play this course more, but it is an hour drive from where I live, that is the only reason why I do not play it more. I would recomment this course to anyone. It's design and features makes it feel like a pro tour course!
