We played Iron Valley for the first on a Sunday Morning. Starter got us out about 40 min. early. We did not see anyone else on the course until the 7th hole, so we played the round in a little over 3 hours. The nines have been flipped since the last review. The front nine is now the links style nine with more open areas ,so you can spray the ball around and not get punished to much. As the previous reviewer stated, the views around this golf Course are spectacular, especially from the green at the 1st hole. You had to tee off from temporary tee boxes but that was not a big concern. You have to play this course a couple of times to learn where not to hit the ball. The Fairways had been Aerated but were very playable. Rough was thick but playable. Greens were running fast especially on downhill putts. The back nine was more of the traditional golf course with lots of trees and elevation changes. With all of the leaves falling you had to stay in the Fairways or you may not find your ball. Staff is very friendly, food was great.
We really liked this course and will be going back soon. Winter rates are now in effect so the course is well worth the $49.00
