| I played this course today, and was happy with the experience, but the "Birthday round" I tried to redeem was not honored because the email text was an error. Unlike other courses that I have dealt with, when the proprietor has error on the side of the consumer, they have honored that error. Today that was not the case. I was still required to pay the full weekend price even though the coupon states that it is for any time during the month of your birthday. At the minimum, I would have expected the greens free to be reduced or pay the difference between weekday and weekend rates...best practices would have been to honor the mistake and not charge me for a round.
Despite how I enjoy the play of the course, the customer service has left no desire to play this course again. |
