| Back Creek went bankrupt last year but still operational. I heard it had gone down hill but I keep getting e-mails advertising weekend tee times in the $40 range which is about half of their previous rates. In this case you don't get what you pay for because it was not worth even the 40 rate. |

| Last year the course was in great shape. What happened? The fairways had clumps of weeds, the greens had just been aerated (in the middle of May?) sand had not been properly swept into the holes and putting was impossible.The rough was U.S. Open thick and high. This course has been neglected and it shows. Used to like it, but I'm not going back. |

| Nice links style course close to 95 in Delaware. Still allows the opportunity to bang the ball off the tee on most holes, but definitely consult the yardage book before teeing off. Very classy clubhouse with solid food items at the turn. Buffalo Chicken Wrap is highly recommended. |

| Overall this is a great but difficult golf course. The greens were fast and tricky and long grass just outside the 2nd cut of rough turned bad tee shots into very bad situations. Although it's a little pricey ($75) the course was wide opened and we had no one infront of us or behind us all day. The clubhouse and especially the bathrooms were fantastic. |

| Back Creek is one of the nicest public courses in the state of Delaware. The conditions were nearly impeccable, with quick greens that rolled true. The fairways and tee boxes were in great shape as well. If you are in the area Back Creek is definitely a must play. |
