Hall of Fame football player Jerry Rice made is professional golf debut on the Nationwide Tour in Hayward, California this past week. Rice failed to make the cut after shooting rounds of 83 and 76.
Rice said he changed his swing and switched putters before his opening round which he called “foolish”
“Everything I talked about all week long, about leaving the ego at the door, it didn’t happen,” Rice said with a laugh.
